“Darren's photographs transport viewers to awe-inspiring landscapes, where waterfalls cascade with ethereal grace and woodlands whisper their secrets”

I first picked up a camera at around 14 years of age where I began to photograph Ellie, our beloved family dog.

I soon became hooked, and after leaving school at 16 years, I enrolled at night school to help me gain more skills and home in on compositions, along with developing black & white film. This soon became quite an obsession, that is until I started playing golf. I then continued to play golf and to a decent level for over 20 years, and still do play from time to time.

During lock-down, when we were only allowed to get out for exercise, I decided to pick up my camera once again as I needed some stimulation during this time…… and the photography bug struck once again !

This time, with the help of modern technology and Social Media Platforms I was able to set up my YouTube Channel and Facebook pages to help document my journey in the great outdoors, hoping to help and inspire others along the way.
